For the second quarter, the penalties can be filed from April 01 to May 31. For the third quarter, the penalties can be filed from June 01 to August 31. And finally, for the fourth quarter, the penalties can be filed from September 01 to December 31. The penalties that you gained would accrue at a current daily rate of 5% for each quarter.
